Our organization offers skill training for unemployed youth and supplemental skills for students, helping them secure decent jobs. Each year, 300 individuals receive training in English, computer basics, mobile repair, tailoring, and nursing. With centers at Chrompet and Somangalam, we serve both urban and rural youth. Approximately 90% of our trainees find relevant employment or establish their own businesses with support from bank and IRDRP loans.
